PRODUCTION
I have worked with Dermalogica as their first Creative Production Manager to produce all photo and video shoots for their global product launch campaigns. In my first year, I produced over 25 shoots, ranging from still product and model photography to campaign and social video shoots. I utilized industry contacts and worked with all outside vendors to successfully plan and execute all stages of pre-production, production, and post-production.
Within each product launch, I collaborate and manage the creative process with our senior designers from ideation to delivery, producing compelling content that all global markets can utilize in their campaigns. Most notable being our biggest launch of 2023, Phyto Nature Oxygen
Liquid Cream. This shoot involved 6 models being
captured in both photo and video on the same day to maximize cost effectiveness while still
producing high quality content to convert sales.
PROJECT HIGHLIGHT
WEB DESIGN
Redesigned the bareMinerals 2023 E-Learning platform to reflect new branding for bareMinerals field and corporate employees.
Objective was to maintain the clean and concise design while updating to new brand guidelines, colors and fonts. This program educates on every product in the bareMinerals catalog, highlighting selling points, ingredients, key claims and shade range. This includes over 100 products and 8 product categories.
Used by over 1500 employees worldwide.

PRINT DESIGN
I have worked with IPSY to design web-based tools for website landing pages highlighting high stake launches and celebrity collaborations. This includes website banners, email campaigns, and print collateral.
I have partnered with IPSY to create print collateral that was included in their ICONBOX subscription, featuring LISA VANDERPUMP. This includes a 12 page newspaper style booklet highlighting the collaborator and their favorite products in the curated box, as well as current trends, hot brands, and all of Lisa's tips and tricks that she has learned along the way.
